Role Overview:
They are seeking a Principal Structural Engineer to join their senior leadership team. This is a hands-on, strategic role overseeing complex projects, mentoring engineers, and contributing to the growth and direction of the practice. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage structural design for complex commercial and residential building projects.

• Review and approve detailed calculations, drawings, and specifications.

• Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, MEP engineers, and contractors.

• Mentor and develop senior and junior engineers, fostering a high-performing team.

• Play a key role in business development, client management, and strategic planning.

• Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality, on time, and within budget.

Requirements:

• Chartered Structural Engineer with extensive experience in building structures.

• Proven track record of leading commercial and residential projects.

• Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., Robot, Revit, Tekla, or similar).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Ability to make strategic decisions and contribute to the growth of the practice.
