Richard created James Gray Recruitment in 2006 with a desire to move away from the one size fits all approach. He wanted the agency to be more than simply placing candidates, so focussed on nurturing relationships to build successful careers.
When he’s not running a business, Richard loves spending time with his daughters and pet dog. He balances a busy life with relaxation: good food, wine, and golf.
