Mario joined James Gray Recruitment in 2010 after several years in car sales. Despite being new to recruitment he quickly progressed to Senior Consultant, through Principal Consultant and Latterly to Associate Director of Engineering. Despite reaching the top within James Gray Recruiment however, Mario wanted something for himself, and with the support of JGR Founder and Director Richard Samuels he launched James Gray Engineering in 2019 and now runs a growing team of specialist Engineering Design, Civil Engineering and MEP Consultants recruiting in both the UK and the US.
Out of the office Mario enjoys spending time with his lovely Wife, Kids and nutty dog Luna. He is also a keen Fly Fisher and competes in competitions regularly, with several prestigeous awards under his belt.
